Love coming here for the lobster buffet night. I'm so happy that Hong Kong Lobster did not stay all year. Their regular lobster is much tastier and not fried. Love the variety of foods here and the desserts. Happy that they offer several choices for sugar free desserts too. They are well stocked with lobster and lobster tails unlike some other places that run out quickly and take a long time to refill to slow people down from eating. Love the Teppanaki grill too and the fresh meats. Servers here are friendly and quick on service with drink refills and clearing plates. You do need to make reservations and they do not open until 5 days before the day you need it. If you get there for the 3pm time slot, you will have to arrive earlier to wait in line WITH YOUR ENTIRE party to pay. Then line up again at the back entrance to be seated. The place is clean and not too noisy. We will definitely return, but only for the regular lobster buffet. $79.99 is a bit pricey but for once a year it's ok.

I had an amazing experience at Serrano Buffet! The seafood selection was incredible, and the lobster was definitely the highlight of my visit. Everything tasted fresh, perfectly cooked, and was constantly being refilled. I probably ate more lobster than I should have because it was just that good! The restaurant was clean, the staff kept everything well organized, and they were friendly throughout the meal. If you're a seafood lover, this place is absolutely worth checking out. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm craving lobster. Highly recommended!

I have visited here a few times for breakfast and lunch. Reservations ARE REQUIRED as you can get turned away. The line can be long as I waited at least 20minutes. There will be a worker will take your reservation and will gove you a card. Take it to the cashier to pay. You will get greeted by the host and will escort you to a table. They have 2 cooking stations for your custom food choices for chefs to cook directly. The line moves quick. Meat station in the middle, Chinese food on the left side and pizza and pastries on the right. There’s restroom on site. The server will come by to take your plates or refill your drinks. I love the meat especially the ribs for lunch.

First time visiting the area and I was hungry so I went to the buffet. I heard much about the buffet and thought I should give it a try. Apparently today is lobster day so we have a madhouse. People behaved like they had never eaten before. There were no orders; people just cut in front of me. They were piling up food on their plates like no tomorrow. It was very chaotic. The thing is, the food was not that great. There weren’t anything I went back to second. Maybe it was lobsters 🦞 day hence the madness in the house? So I wouldn’t recommend coming here during lobsters days, unless you don’t mind the chaos. Oh you better have a reservation about one week before else risk of not able to get in.

The buffet offers a wide variety of food options, which is definitely a plus if you like having lots of choices. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Much of the food was cold, and the service was slow, especially with the large crowds. It felt a bit overwhelming and not very well managed during busy times. If you’re going for selection alone, it might be worth a visit—but the quality and service could really use improvement.
